Indian mutants eat 1,100 volts of electricity instead of rice
An Indian man named "Living Light Bulb" surprised medical professionals with the ability to eat electricity instead of food.
Naresh Kumar , a 42-year-old man in the city of Muzzafarnagar in the state of Uttar Pradesh in northern India, said his body has innate insulation capabilities , even with high-voltage currents, Sun reported on July 28. . Kumar proves his strange ability by grasping the open wire to suck the 1,100 volt current when feeling hungry.
He even sucked the open wire in his mouth without getting jerky.
"Whenever I feel hungry and there is no food left in the house, I often hold the wire open and feel full after about half an hour. I can eat electricity like food," Kumar said.
Kumar, who works in a public hospital, discovered his ability to "eat electricity" six years ago when accidentally touching the wire. Kumar tried to touch various electrical devices like sewing-so-so or high-voltage light bulbs. He even sucked the open wire in his mouth without getting jerky. The electric test pen showed an electric current running through him but he did not feel pain.
"I can touch any electrical device like a television, washing machine, refrigerator, and transformer with bare hands without being affected , " Kumar said.
A voltage of about 50 volts can create an electrical current that prevents electrical signals from traveling between the brain and muscles, causing an electric shock. The greater the intensity of the current, the more dangerous the electric shock and can cause death to humans.
