The new car is an electric three wheeler capable of carrying three people running in the city at a speed of about 40 km / h.

The car looks elegant, except for chassis, wheels and metal engine, while the body, seat is made of bamboo and wood pulp. The door is shaped like a paper fan, batting in a circle if you want to close. Because of its light weight, it is very economical to consume electricity.

The power supply for the Meguru is a Lithium ion battery, each charge is enough for a ' car ' up to 40 km away. The length of the car is 2.5 m, width 1.2 m and height is 1.6 m. It is compact, easy to leash and suitable for transporting people in the city, no noise and no emission of polluting gases.

According to Bobuiki Oguri, director of the Yodogawa Company, wanting to drive the electric buggy requires a degree, but does not need to be registered at the Traffic Control Center. The price of the electric car is $ 10,000 (equivalent to 200 million VND).
