Japan Space Agency is planning to send a human robot into space. This robot can communicate with humans on Earth via social networking site Twitter.
Satoshi Sano, an engineer with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), said JAXA will study the feasibility of the project before making the final decision to send the robot to the National Space Station. (ISS) in early 2013 or not.
According to Sano, the human robot will remain in the ISS to maintain contact with the Earth as the astronauts are sleeping.
In addition, robots can also take pictures and send messages to Earth via social networking site Twitter with simple words like " Good morning " or " Good night ".
