Kardiosens device warns early myocardial infarction

A student of Russia's National Nuclear University has invented a tool to alert early heart attacks.

This automated device, called Kardiosens - includes micro-protein analyzers and control devices, which can be inserted into the patient's teeth, helping to continuously check the protein in saliva.

When detected in a protein with an infarction component, the device will send a signal to the control device that is worn on the arm and will notify the employer of the upcoming danger. At the appropriate time, the device will vibrate, sound signal and light up.

The device of student Leonid Panfilov can warn patients about the risk of heart attack before 3-7 hours. Therefore, patients have enough time to seek medical help, while helping people at risk of heart attack not having to regularly visit the doctor to check.

This device has been evaluated to help people with heart disease live a healthy life and are not afraid of sudden heart attacks. Leonid Panfilov also said that protein signals will help prevent many other dangerous diseases.

It is estimated that one in three Russians are at risk of developing a heart attack. In case of a heart attack, detection time plays an important role in saving patients.

In fact, before the infarction occurs, the human chemical composition has minor changes, in which specific proteins appear to be signals that indicate a heart attack.
