East and West are all focusing on biofuels.

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy said that the plan is in line with an agreement between refineries in the country to provide more environmentally friendly fuel.

Currently, the cost of biodiesel production in Korea is higher than the cost of refining crude oil.

But biodiesel consumption will help reduce crude oil imports and reduce CO2, benzene, hydrocarbon and SOx emissions.

Currently, Korea is not obligated to reduce greenhouse gas emissions according to the Kyoto Protocol on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

However, the country is expected to cut emissions like other industrial countries in the next few years.

The Korean government is also planning measures to allow the use of more environmentally friendly fuels.

Accordingly, by 2011, 5% of energy used will be made from recycled and environmentally friendly sources. Korea is considering using a biodiesel containing 20% of future rapeseed oil.
