Latest pictures of Pinwheel Galaxy galaxy
The Isaac Newton Telescope telescope in La Palma, Spain recently captured the latest image of Pinwheel Galaxy. This image is created from many images with 3 magical colors.
Pinwheel Galaxy is heading towards Earth with its unique appeal and is one of the most beautiful Spiral galaxy systems when viewed from Earth. The center of Pinwheel Galaxy is blue swirls and its outer rings are exotic coral reds. Pinwheel Galaxy looks like a multitude of swirling streaks that should be named so, its official name is Messier 101 or NGC 5457.
This galaxy is located in the Big Dipper galaxy, about 27 million light-years from Earth. Pinwheel Galaxy is famous for its metallic elements distributed in a high slope, in which the density of the metal strip is the most, facing outward and farther away from the center and the metal density is also decreasing.
When meticulously observed, Pinwheel Galaxy seems to be asymmetrical. There are scientists who believe that this is the result of a collision with a galaxy in the past (astronomical way). Collisions produce a large amount of luminescence and plasma. Pinwheel Galaxy has a diameter of 170,000 light-years, if using the naked eye can still see a dim light, so to observe Pinwheel Galaxy in more detail, you need to use a telescope.
