Little is known about the first hacker in human history
1903 was the year when the world began to know the name "hacker" after the most memorable attack on the internet history of the "hacker father".
In 1903, during a wireless telegraph demonstration performed at the Royal Institution, a telegraph staff member typed the code to send a poem.
But instead of receiving the poem as originally planned, it received messages of mockery of this new invention and technology.
In fact, it was hacked. Although it does not cause any economic damage, this is considered the first "hacked network " in history.
Nevil Maskelyne - the hacker 'ancestor'.
History hack
Around the end of the 19th century, many scientists discovered the nature of electromagnetic waves and their abilities but it was Gugliemo Marconi (1874-1937) who first used them to transmit information (called radio).
In 1885, he used radio waves to encode dashes and dots of Morse code, and built a unified management system to send signals a few kilometers away, thereby giving birth to the telegraph industry. online.
He became a famous figure when he was the owner of the Nobel Prize in physics in 1909 with great contributions to the development of radio telegraphy.
On June 1, 1903, Marconi's experiment was performed in front of numerous scientists and guests at the Royal Institute, London. Physicist Ambroise Fleming is selected to receive a message with a distance of about 483 km.
It all worked out smoothly and the team did not detect any errors. Except, the messages that the other party received were not as intended, instead the words Nevil Maskelyne used the technology to intervene in the system and change the content at their own discretion.
Maskelyne was later paid special attention by the tech industry thanks to this spectacular screen of Marconi.

The first hackers of humanity
Nevil Maskelyne (1863-1924) was born into a family of many magicians and had many inventions.
He is also known as an experienced inventor when creating electric spark generators to burn gunpowder at a distance and even succeeded in transmitting radio messages from the ground station to a contempt. balloon.
However, Maskelyne's ambitions in Marconi's patented radio telegraph are in the way. But the game is still not over, when he himself proved the "historical innovation" of the Italian inventor rife with holes.
Before actually attacking the opponent, Maskelyne developed a relatively simple signal blocking technology. With a 50-meter antenna, he easily interfered with the message sent by Marconi's company between ships on the sea without causing any suspicion.
Every time speaking in public, Marconi also proved too confident when announcing his wireless telegraph system is extremely safe and ensures privacy. He promised to provide "secret channels" instead of using a certain frequency as he was doing at the time. This made Maskelyne decide to prove the reality completely opposite by that historic hack.
Maskelyne openly accepted the case. He is proud to have pointed out the holes in the new invention. According to Maskelyne, his actions are for the common good of the public to know the truth.
What is a hacker?
Hackers are a term for people who are extremely good at computer technology, especially in security. However, many of them use their talents to do illegal things. World history has repeatedly witnessed the disasters that "black hat hackers" caused, from the theft of huge amounts of money to confidential information stolen and sold .
