Looking back at Saigon street food before 1975
Saigon was originally called the "Pearl of the Far East" with the interference, refinement and reception of many cultures from East to West, and then accumulated into a very specific feature of itself. Going back in time to the period of the previous years 1975, looking at the street food culture, we seemed to see a very interesting part of Saigon in the past.
Although more than 40 years have passed, but when the memory of the street vendors, going to the shop to break the coffin, pot tíu walking, or carrying the sugarcane of the childhood suddenly rushed in, surely in the hearts of the Saigon children inevitably flutter, miss!
