Malaysia officially confirmed the drift plane debris of MH370
Malaysia's prime minister earlier this morning confirmed the Boeing 777 wing found on Reunion Island belonged to flight MH370, the first breakthrough in a search for a missing plane 17 months ago.
The drifting wing is of MH370
"Today, after 515 days since the plane disappeared, with a heavy heart I have to tell you that a group of international experts have definitely confirmed the plane fragment found on Reunion Island. That's exactly MH370, " Reuters quoted Prime Minister Najib Razak on television.
Investigators in France determined that the debris covered by silk-footed animals, from 2 to 2.5 m long, was a part of the wing, belonging to the MH370 just days after Malaysia identified it as a part of aircraft of the same type as the Boeing 777.
However, the French prosecutors said the fragment probably belongs to MH370 but has not been confirmed. This fragment of the plane was found on July 29 in Reunion Island , in the Indian Ocean.

However, Mr. Najib's confirmation of MH370 has not given any light to reveal the cause of the crash.
"I want to assure everyone affected by this tragedy that the Malaysian government is committed to doing everything possible to find out the truth about the cause of the accident, " Malaysia's prime minister said.
Airlines g Malaysia Airlines in a statement said it had informed relatives of passengers and crew on the flight. The company also expressed its hope to find more fragments, helping to decipher the airline mystery.
Flight MH370 disappeared from radar screens in March last year while traveling from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Beijing, China, with 239 people on board.
