Not oysters, this is a food that helps enhance physiology no less than Viagra
Recently, a medical expert suggested a cheap and easy-to-find food that could be as effective as Viagra.
According to British newspaper The Sun, Viagra is an indispensable drug in the bedrooms of millions of British people suffering from erectile dysfunction.
Beetroot - food with benefits similar to Viagra.
But it turns out that some inexpensive foods and drinks can be just as effective as Viagra.
Dr. Michael Mosley, a famous medical expert in the UK, recently suggested a food with benefits similar to Viagra, which is beetroot.
On a talk show, Dr. Mosley said beets help blood vessels dilate, improve blood flow to the private area and reduce blood pressure - similar to the effects of Viagra.
"For those interested in biochemistry, beets are basically rich in nitrates," says Dr. Mosley .
"Nitrate is converted by bacteria in the mouth into nitric oxide. That helps with vasodilation - the dilation of blood vessels."
"That's what causes blood pressure to drop and helps increase energy so people become more active, especially the elderly."
