'Instead of eating raw, you can cook it to prevent diarrhea, poisoning and parasite infections from these types of seafood, especially in food safety conditions in Vietnam,' said Associate Professor Lam.

Besides, oysters consume food in different areas, so it is difficult to avoid pollution. Therefore, oysters should be purchased at reputable establishments.

In addition to oysters, other types of products such as shrimp, crab, fish, beef, dark colored vegetables . are also rich in zinc. However, every food has its advantages and disadvantages when used unreasonably, too little or too much.
