Lowe's is testing these new OSHbot machines, which can help them improve customer service quality.

These robots have the shape of a white painted column carrying two large screens in front and behind. The wheels help them move.

OSHbot is equipped with 3D camera to be able to scan and identify objects. Customers just need to bring the item that they are looking for to buy in front of the camera, if there are rows of robots, they will take them to the place where the item is sold.

Each robot has an updated database of goods status in the store's store so that they can quickly inform customers about the item they need. These robots can communicate in English and Spanish. Heard they really like being called 'Mr. Robot ' (Him robot).

In addition, these vending machines also use their screens as a virtual reality environment to help customers pre-check the item they want to buy that suits them. For example, it will show what the furniture looks like when presented in different rooms.
