Rediscovering the tribe is said to be extinct in Peru

A supposedly extinct tribe has been rediscovered in Peru's Kugapakori Nahua Nanti National Reserve.

While patrolling in Peru's Kugapakori Nahua Nanti National Reserve, forest rangers suddenly found a group of people - of the previously extinct tribe - crossing a river. for food.

Mayta Capac Alatrista, a patrol member said: ' We have recorded images of them, but are not accessible to learn about this tribe's daily life .'

This tribe has never contacted the outside world and the members of this tribe communicate in an unknown language. The members also do not have their own names.

They live in small circular houses made of bamboo and palm leaves, using spears and knives made of bamboo to hunt.

To help this tribe avoid the danger of extinction, Peruvian conservationists have brought some tools to help tribal members to use for hunting, fishing and cooking.
