Robot mushroom harvest

UK researchers at the University of Warwick have developed a series of robots and automated systems that can change the gardening profession in the next decade.

Among developing projects, there are camera harvesting robots that use cameras to detect and select fungi of a certain size more accurately than humans.

Once the mushrooms are picked up, they are picked up by a suction system located in the robot arm. Current robots work at a slower pace than humans, but can operate 24/24 hours without rest.
