'Rocket aircraft' is for travelers who want to fly into space
Coming close to the stars, looking at Earth from above 100km high, . by 2012 or 2013 this will not only be for astronauts or billionaires. The " rocket aircraft " project, promised by the European-based EADS Astrium Group, is intended for a large number of people.
EADS Astrium hopes to launch the original " rocket aircraft " program in 2008 that will be able to perform from any runway with 1g30 long flights that allow 4 passengers to orbit in orbit within 3 minutes in zero gravity condition. Flight prices can range from 150,000 to 200,000 euros.
The group made sure that four ordinary passengers could fly the flight with at least a week of preparation, flying and flying on a plane with a pilot.
EADS Astrium insists that by 2020 every year, 15,000 visitors will register for this flight.
