Russia brought 3 Russian, American and Dutch astronauts to ISS

On the evening of December 21, Russia successfully launched the Soyuz spacecraft TMA-03M, bringing three Russian, American and Dutch astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS).

According to the Russian Space Flight Control Center, the ship and astronauts Oleg Kononenko (Russia), Don Pettit (USA) and Andre Kuipers (Netherlands) will travel to ISS tomorrow 23/12.

At the station, they will join the group of three astronauts Dan Burbank (USA), Anton Shkaplerov (Russia), Anatoly Ivanishin (Russia) and work together until March 3/2012.

As planned, the astronauts will carry out dozens of scientific experiments and make a trip to outer space. The group will receive three cargo ships and assemble the first US commercial cargo ship with ISS.
