Russia successfully launched the Dutch telecommunications satellite
On February 15, the Russian federal space agency (Roscosmos) said that the Russian proton-M rocket carrying the Dutch SES-4 (NSS-14) satellite was launched from the Center. Baikonur universe in Kazakhstan, after a few postponements for technical reasons.
According to Ria Novosti (Russia), Proton-M boosters were launched on time at 1136 pm (Russian time). The satellite is expected to separate from the launch device at about 8:48 this morning.
The Dutch telecommunications satellite flew into orbit as a commercial satellite bearing a rocket named Proton-M, which was launched into space since 1995 under contracts signed with the International Rocket Launch Service (ILS). .

Previously, on November 26, 2011, the plan to launch the satellite was broken for technical reasons. And most recently, the second launch plan on January 28, 2012 was also postponed due to power system malfunction affecting Proton missiles.
