As planned, the Soyuz-U boosters left the launch pad at Baikonur space airport (Kazakhstan) at 0:53 (Moscow time).
It is expected that after three days, the M-21M Progress ship will reach ISS, carrying supplies for the station and the crew working here.
During this connection between the ISS and the M-21M Progress ship, Roscosmos will conduct a test of the new assembly system Kurs-NA.
Since last year's failure on the M-15M Progress ship last year, Kurs-NA has been greatly improved in terms of technical features.
