Russia launched TMA-06M onto the International Space Station

On October 23, Russia's Soyuz TMA-06M spacecraft left Kazakhstan's Baikonur Cosmodrome, bringing two Russian astronauts and an American astronaut to the International Space Station (ISS). .

Soyuz TMA-06M leaves the launch pad at 17:51 on the same day (Vietnam time). As planned, this vessel will connect with ISS at 19 hours 35 minutes on October 25 (Vietnam time).

This is the second journey to space for American astronaut Kevin Fort, but the first journey for Russian astronauts Oleg Novitsky and Yevgeny Tarelkin.

The new "trio" will work on the ISS with the old "trio" , posted on this space station on July 15 - including Russian astronaut Yuri Malenchenko, American astronaut Sunity Williams and Japanese astronaut Akihiko Hoside.

Mr. Fort will replace Mr. Williams with the command of ISS when the former working group leaves ISS on Earth, scheduled for November 12.The new "trio" will work on ISS for 140 days.
