China plans to launch Tiangong Space Station similar to ISS by 2020

China's Tiangong Space Station or Heavenly Palace, scheduled for release in 2022, is expected to follow the same standards as the International Space Station (ISS), open to foreign astronauts.

Larger than the space station Mir Russia 140 tons, Thien Cung will include a core module and two lab cabins, large enough to accommodate 3 to 6 astronauts. Both the space station ISS and Mir have been the home of international astronauts

Tiangong will also include two laboratory cabin modules with pressure environments to perform small gravity tests and free fall.

The company, called Beijing Green Space Technology, is planning to complete ground tests for medium-sized liquid methane rockets by 2019. According to Asia Times, the first flight is expected to be takes place in 2020.
