Scanner detects explosives
GE Security Appliances, Inc. has launched a new CTX 9000 detector system, which works in the same way as CT scanners in healthcare.
The CTX 9000 DS-i Explosive Detection System is designed to detect, detonate, carry-on luggage of passengers prior to boarding. This is the latest high-sensitivity detector detector system.
The operating principle of the CTX 9000 DS-i Explosive Detection System is the same as the CT scanner in medical settings for patients. It will scan the inside of the luggage when the luggage baggage passes through the scanner and the information is also transferred to the computer for analysis and comparison with the existing equipment, explosives.
If any of the luggage has one of the manifestations of equipment or explosives on the warning system will alert and the image of that object will be displayed on the screen.
The CTX 9000 DS-i Explosive Detection System is simple and easy to use, giving precise results that are a top choice for major international airports.
