Scientists have created transparent mice

US researchers have found a way to create transparent mice, but they won't run crazy in the kitchen of ordinary people with this bizarre form.

Instead, transparent mice are dead versions that only serve the purpose of research in anatomy, according to the Cell report.

Before being soaked in chemicals, the mice were killed and skinned, and their internal organs were turned into transparent, while the bones remained.

After taking about a week of treatment, the result is that it looks like a mouse-shaped mass of agar, with internal organs held in place by connective tissue.

Rats have always played an important role in biomedical studies because they basically have many similarities with human beings on the biology level, allowing the regeneration of many human diseases in mice.

This is the first time experts have introduced a completely transparent mouse, since the technique began to develop a century ago.

The transparent mouse is believed to be useful in studies aimed at detailed mapping of the central nervous system or the mechanism of cancer spread in the body, according to California Institute of Technology President Viviana Gradinaru. .
