Signs of schizophrenia

Depression, paranoia, thinking disorders, social isolation, reduced working performance . are signs of schizophrenia.

Dr. Truong Thi Ngoc Lan, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, said schizophrenia is a severe psychosis , often triggers symptoms in young people and lasts throughout life.

The main cause of the disease has not been identified yet, but it may be due to a combination of factors. In genetic factors, when parents suffer from schizophrenia, the rate of infected children increases by 12%. Brain chemistry such as dopamine contributes to disease and too many stress factors surrounding the environment can promote faster recurrence.

Signs of schizophrenia:

Paranoia

Patients often have false ideas, not suitable for reality. The most common are speech hallucinations. They hear voices that are bogus and often resist them. Sometimes words make people suspicious and alienated. Sometimes the voice can make the patient smile and laugh without pretext.
