Single image taken of the plane taking off
Flying by plane or seeing take-off planes is a very simple thing in today's age. However, have you ever wondered, if you draw the airplane's takeoff line, what will it look like? Young photographer Terence Chang with his "superb" exposure technique has captured the take-off moment of countless aircraft at San Francisco International Airport.
Long exposure (long exposure) is a special combination between photography and science. By extending the shutter release time, it can take from seconds to hundreds of seconds Terence Chang was able to create images that seemed impossible, like being edited with software.
Let's admire these incredible photos.
San Francisco International Airport is California's second largest airport after Los Angeles Airport and is the main gateway to Europe, Asia and Australia.
Terence Chang took more than a year to produce these pictures.
The photo was taken at a distance of 800m away from the flight by the Canon EOS 50D.
The planes headed for San Francisco airport were taken at the San Mateo Bridge under the moonlight.
In order to prevent the boats from moving up and down along the water course, the image was disturbed, Chang used the HDR technique (a technique that helps the digital camera expand its ability to record the difference in light).
