One more product category is added to the ever-growing list of smart widgets. That's Pantelligent smart pan. It is equipped with a temperature sensor mounted in the center of the pan.

Pantelligent is also equipped with a Bluetooth LE connector mounted on the handle to display real-time temperature data on the tablet and smartphone screens.

Through a mobile application, the pan will tell you how hot it is now, and even follow a recipe that informs you when the pan is hot enough for you, as well as for you. Know when to remove the spices, stir or turn over the dish.

The Pantelligent smartphone project is being funded on the Kickstarter startup site with a capital requirement of $ 30,000. Price is about 200 USD / unit. Expected availability in August 2015.
