Called Androidly , the device comes equipped with Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi and a camera, according to Mobile Entertainment.
The smart student card holder can also make calls, send text messages with a SIM card, and store up to 16 GB of data.
While other smart watches are available on the market, including Pebble and Sony's Live Watch, which can connect wirelessly to mobile phones, Androidly is the first to have a fully integrated operating system.
Androidly has a 2-inch screen and a 2-megapixel camera, which runs the Android version of Android 2.2 Froyo.
Speakers, camera and microphone are also included inside the unit. The machine has a USB port.
Androidly is the brainchild of four Indian students, including software developer Ankit Pradhan, computer expert Pavneet Singh Puri, lawyer Apurva Sukant and teenage designer Siddhant Vats.
