Starting Nanosome pharmaceutical technology factory
On August 23, in Da Nang, Danapha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Nanosome officially started construction of the first Nanosome pharmaceutical technology factory in Vietnam and Research and Development Center (R&D) with technology and equipment. transferred from partner Affordable Quality Pharmaceuticals (USA).
Nanosome pharmaceutical technology is considered the most advanced pharmaceutical production technology in the world today. It is expected that in the third quarter of 2010, the Nanosome pharmaceutical technology factory in Da Nang will be completed and put into operation, launching a series of high quality pharmaceuticals in the form of Liposomes.

In particular, the backbone and pillar of the project will be Liposomal Estoposide used to treat cancer. Other pharmaceutical products such as Glipizome (diabetes treatment); Amlodisome (treatment of hypertension); Lovastasome (cardiovascular treatment, high blood cholesterol) . are the second priorities and will be produced as soon as the project goes into operation.
On this occasion, Danapha also started to build the oriental medicine GMP factory dedicated to manufacturing the company's strong traditional products, increasing the total investment capital for all 3 projects to over VND 150 billion. In which, investment capital for Nanosome pharmaceutical technology factory is 3.2 million USD.
