Among them, 5 varieties of salt tolerant rice are: YCLJ59, YCLJ 48, YCRN4H, YCSTU9712, and YCLJ58 for higher yields than the world average rice yield of 4539 tons / ha. Especially YCLJ59 rice variety with a yield of 1 ha up to 7,8041 tons.

With this success, the team plans to expand the project of salinity-tolerant rice cultivation to 100 hectares by 2019, aiming to 2020 by covering 10% of Dubai territory with rice fields. Salt tolerance.
