Terrifying spectacle when lightning hit ... volcano

German photographer Martin Rietze, who has spent his life photographing volcanic eruptions, had to wait many days in remote locations for volcanoes to wait for the eruption.

Scientists cannot explain why lightning appears when volcanic eruptions. They argue that the charged ash molecules emitted during the active volcano reacted to the air to produce such white light rays.

Volcano is a hole in the surface of the Earth. When gas and magma are formed under the Earth's spray on the Earth's surface through a hole, it releases rock, lava and ash.

Lava flow can reach 1,250 degrees Celsius and burn everything on its way. These lava flows are a mixture of hot gas and ice, with temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees Celsius. It moves at 500m / h.

However, Rietze said he found climbing more dangerous than taking photos of volcanic eruptions and he was happy for his work.
