In order to complete this intersection, the contractors have expanded the national highway 5 to 60m wide;build 4 more bridges from the northern road of Thanh Tri bridge to connect with the 5-way highway Hanoi - Hai Phong to separate from the ring road 3 with national highway 5.

From here, the vehicles can choose the highways of Hanoi - Hai Phong, Highway 5 or Highway 1 to Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Lang Son.
