The most feared animals in the world (P1)

Although they are harmless, sometimes just seeing these animals is frightening enough.

Tarsier dwarf monkey

They have a height of no more than 10cm but have very big eyes, bigger than their brains. Their feet are very large and their hind legs are strong, allowing them to jump from tree to tree in search of old or small invertebrates. This monkey usually lives in Borneo (Sumatra island).

Devil face fish

The head of this fish is really a nightmare. With fangs sticking out from the mouth that looks like a cave door. This fish usually lives at a depth of 1000 to 2000m above sea level.

Red monkey Uacari

With a bald head and a blazing red face, monkey Uacari can frighten weak people. Their fur is usually brown or orange, long and dense. Unlike other monkeys, Uacari has a caudal tail but still moves quickly on the tree by using arms and legs.

A special feature of this monkey is that when they get sick, the red color on the face also becomes pale. Uacari monkeys often live in the Amazon basin and often divide into 10 groups. They also know how to store stored food on trees to prevent the days in the dry season, food becomes scarce.

Mata Mata Turtle

Big freshwater turtle has many strange features. It looks like a pile of submerged bark and debris. It has a protruding nose that acts as a breathing tube. This turtle eats small fish in an unusual way. It waits until the victim approaches the mouth and just opens its jaw as wide as possible, creating a low pressure that sucks the fish inside.

Mata iMata tortoises often live in different locations in the Amazon area.

Beetles in the Namib desert

Rain is a luxury in the Namib Desert, so the bugs here have a special way to get water to feed the body. When steam comes from the coastal area, they will stand on the sand, taking drops of water on their hind legs.
