The Russian space agency reported errors to Briz-M propulsion engines
The Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) on September 10 said it would error all Briz-M propulsion engines after one of these engines was thought to have caused a failure in the Proton rocket launcher. -M in August.

According to Roscosmos director Vladimir Popovkin, the investigation results show that the thruster of the propulsion motor failed, causing the fuel supply process to fail and eventually leading to the failure of the launch.
The rocket propelled Proton-M of Russia, equipped with the Briz-M propulsion system, carried two communications satellites that had failed while launching on August 6 and could not bring the two satellites into orbit.
Popovkin confirmed the problem was due to "production errors" , and authorities made recommendations for the review of production technology and the inspection process before launch.
He also revealed that the process of reforming Russia's space industry will be completed in 2016. A draft of this industry development strategy has been submitted to the government since mid-August.
