The three-ton ship by lego set a world record

Popular Mechanics yesterday reported that, on the 150th anniversary of its founding, DFDS Marine Company in København, Denmark, decided to build the world's largest ship with lego, plastic puzzle bricks that could be assembled. together. The ship called Jubilee Seaways was officially recognized by Guinness World Records .

7,000 people from 20 different countries completed the ship after more than 900 hours. Jubilee Seaways is 13 meters long, 2.7 meters high and weighs more than three tons, including a half ton steel frame. In total, more than a million lego bricks are used for shipbuilding.

Over the next few weeks, Jubilee Seaways will participate in exhibitions across Europe, starting in Gothenburg, Sweden, ending in London and Dover, England.
