The undersea city was built from a 250 million year salt mine

This salt mine was formed 250 million years ago, under the seabed, as a rock salt material. When the sea is shallow it leaves a large cave with a huge mass of salt, due to fluctuations in the earth's crust.

Salt mines form a small city called Soledar , which means "gift from salt".

It used to be considered a 16th century salt mining area, when salt was condensed by burning fire to evaporate steam.

The process of exploiting salt by burning wood leads to deforestation.It is then exploited by coal but the production scale is still low.Under the electric light it shimmering like gems.

By the 19th century, it was exploited on an industrial scale to ensure both productivity and resource protection.

After more than 100 years of operation, the mine has become a 300m long tunnel, many places turn into a luxurious painting, music room . at the hands of artists-artists.

There are even football fields, churches and bars for workers to create a closed complex.
