Training rats as anti-drug police

To combat drug traffickers and security guards, the Israeli Police industry is training and mobilizing rats.

During laboratory research, the Greek biotechnology company Bio Explorers discovered that the rodent's sense of smell is much more sensitive than dogs. Knowing this news, Iseael's Drug Crime Police Department immediately thought about recruiting rats into their payroll.

Police dogs can be replaced by trained mice.

Israeli police have partnered with Bio Explorers to train these tiny new police officers to fight not only drug traffickers but also terrorists.

The cooperation between the two parties was successful. It is possible that the next Israeli airports will be equipped with live scanners.

Their mechanism of action is simple: air samples of passengers are transferred to a place that hides police mice. Feeling certain trained smells - the smell of drugs or explosives - the mouse will run into the 'chambers' pressing the signaling button.

The Israeli Police Department also set aside five more months to test the test results, determine the reliability of the mouse's ability and will decide whether to put the mouse on its official staff as a " solid team or not ' .
