Trang An demonstrates the final stages of karst evolution in a humid tropical climate. The product of a strong cleavage of large limestone blocks in hundreds of millions of years is a complete range of typical limestone topography, including towers, valleys (karst holes), valleys (sinkholes), and structure of landslides, sediments, underground caves and underground rivers, caves and cave sediments. The network of parallel faults intersects the region into lattice cells and promotes the development of closed, rounded karsts. The wide presence of a series of invasive cliffs on the cliffs with caves, surf waves, beach deposition and seashells are evidence of the old sea level.
