A British treasure hunter has made the "find of a lifetime" when he found a gold nugget that resembles a map of the United Kingdom . Jonathan Needham, 54, was stunned when he discovered the "treasure" on the border between Staffordshire and Derbyshire on November 1.

The gold nugget is compact in size, measuring nearly 3cm long and just over 1cm wide, but weighing 10.3 grams. What is even more special is its shape, with its delicate curves, vividly simulating the shapes of England, Wales and Scotland.

"This is the most exciting discovery so far in my treasure hunting career," Needham said .

Jonathan Needham's discovery has not only attracted the attention of the treasure-hunting community but also created surprise with the rare shape of the gold nugget. Geologists and mineral historians are also showing interest in the natural value and historical significance of this discovery.
