Uplift controlled by thought
Russian scientists have created a four-leaf helicopter that can be controlled remotely by thought.
The Sputnik News, in order to operate the aircraft, users simply wear a helmet capable of reading thoughts and turning them into signals that control the helicopter operating at the desired altitude and distance.
The project is funded by the Russian Senior Research Organization, which is dedicated to supporting defense-related programs. Neurobotics, a company based in Zelenograd, Russia, designed the aircraft for many years before launching the prototype.

"When a person thinks of a certain action at a time, the system will recognize and determine the order," said Vladimir Konyshev, director of Neurobotics, explain.
One of the most striking features of this technology is that it allows the user to perform multiple tasks simultaneously . "The operator of the plane can do something else at the same time , " Konyshev said.
The technology is of great importance because it has many other uses besides drones, says Vitaliy Davidov. Currently, researchers are planning to apply technology on the battlefield. For example, the plane can follow a soldier fighting to provide real-time visuals of all battles.
