A Ministry-level scientific project "Research on solar drying equipment" has been put into application, which is a dry fabric drying oven used by a farmer in Bac Giang province in this year's crop. This drying has overcome the disadvantages of manual fabric kilns, charcoal burning.

According to Dr. Pham Ngoc Trinh: "I have the idea of ​​researching solar kilns because there is a lot of sunshine here, the method of using this type of kiln is still based on the principle of using solar energy. , accumulating temperature, blowing heat into drying fruit ".

The amount of drying fabrics is more or less dependent on the capacity of each kiln. It is important that the temperature at every point in the oven is the same, so that when the litchi is dry enough, when the oven is finished, they must be of equal quality.

Mr. Nguyen van Lieu, Ba Go village, Nghia Phuong commune, Luc Nam district - Bac Giang said: "This type of dryer is simple to use, has better fruit quality, smooth, long-lasting, beautiful yellow fabric. bulk goods to bring to Europe ".

The author of the kiln - Dr. Pham Ngoc Trinh, added that he will continue to research and improve productivity and reduce costs by transferring and installing heat exchangers and technology transfer only for people to build their own kilns. Thus, the price will be cut in half, many farmers will have access to this new technology.
