The basic feature of Victalastic waterproof paint is a two-component system, consisting of polymer and pre-mixed powder, produced on the basis of imported synthetic polymers, cement and other selective materials. Victalastic paint has very good bonding ability with most construction products, has good adhesion on wet surfaces (no water stagnation), making construction easy and fast.

After drying, Victalastic forms a sealed but flexible membrane that is waterproof to wide cracks up to 0.2 m m. Test results in environmental laboratories show that, after forming the membrane, Victalastic is very stable, does not create harmful ingredients for drinking water. Therefore, Victalastic can use good waterproofing for drinking water tanks.

According to experts from the Concrete Department, Institute of Construction Science and Technology, for Victalastic waterproof paint products to promote the best efficiency, the preparation before construction is particularly important. Accordingly, the surface must be cleaned of grease, cement, dirt and dirt, and Victalastic must be moistened to saturated surface with clean water before scanning. Then use a low speed electric stirrer (600 rpm) with paddle-shaped wings to stir the mixture. Initially add about 2/3 of the white milk liquid component to a clean container, turn on the stirrer to run, slowly add the powdered ingredient to avoid clumping. Stir for at least 3 minutes so that the mixture reaches uniformity.

The application of paint must ensure that the work area without sun and direct contact with Victalastic has been applied to prevent rapid drying of Victalastic film. For the vertical plane, the total thickness of Victalastic film should reach 1-2 mm, for the horizontal plane, the total thickness should reach 1-3 mm.

In addition, to optimize the waterproofing ability of the product, with the thickness of the waterproofing film above, it is recommended to scan at least twice, the next time about 10-12 hours before, and must use all the Victalastic paint within 90 minutes from mixing the two ingredients together.
