Video: Boil beer on a hot pan
After being poured into a hot pan, the beer becomes a pile of mucus with high adhesion instead of completely evaporating.
Normally, beer will evaporate immediately when exposed to hot pan. However, at the right temperature, the Newcastle Brown Ale beer (England) only changed to a viscous state just before evaporation.
This effect is called Leidenfrost (creating a vapor layer on the surface of the pan and keeping the liquid surface from touching the pan) will produce an impressive image as shown in the video above.
