Video: How does the cable car system work?
A cable car is a type of aerial transportation that uses one or two fixed cables for attachment, along with a third cable for propulsion. In this design, the cable car remains permanently attached to the cables and cannot be detached during operation.
The cable car system consists of stations, cables, towers, and cabins that are attached to the cables by fixed or detachable clamps.
