Video revenge robot after being beaten to cause network fever
The scene of rebellious robots strikes back its abusers created by image simulation technology on computer combining actors.
Engineering company Corridor Digital shared on YouTube a video of a battered robot after experiencing the harsh and cruel tests of the "Bosstown Dynamic" group. The video parody of the pressure test by robot company Boston Dynamics attracted more than 5.4 million views after only three days of posting.
The robot has many actions to respond to those who beat it.
In the video, the robot is violently pushed, beaten with a folding chair, tossed into the box, whipped with a hockey stick, even shot by the testers. After that, the robot seemed to have endured and began to protest by fighting back. In one scene, he even used a gun to catch a test group as a hostage. Whether or not this is a staged video, most viewers still show sympathy for the robot and show joy when it rebels.
According to Corridor Digital, this video was created to show respect for Boston Dynamics and its achievements. Corridor Digital also posted a video explaining the process of mimicking video parody with computer-based image simulation (CGI) technology, combining actors dressed in motion suits.
Today, robot breeders Atlas Boston Dynamics can run on uneven surfaces, stand up after being pushed down, jump high and even tumble in the air. Its capabilities have caused many people to worry about the rise of future AI machines.
