The Hacker News video illustrates the "super speed" infection of the WannaCry virus. The one on the left is the first infected device, the one on the right is the device connected to the LAN. Without users having to interact, the virus invades and encrypts user files, as well as leaving messages and instructions on how to pay ransom.
