These findings are drawn from a study of 505 young people participating. They will provide health information and games at a young age. According to researchers at Ulster University, there are four types of games that reflect different health in adulthood.

Children who play games more creatively also have good health habits as adults, such as eating nutritious foods and exercising more often. The more games you play, the smaller you will be for the overall health and the more you practice when you grow up.

Adults who are restricted from playing when they are young - such as having less time to play - are also more likely to be overweight and have a less healthy lifestyle when they grow up.

'Children who are free and have the opportunity to play are very important to their development. Every child wants to play and play in a natural way, but the problem is that adults don't always realize this , 'said researcher Tony Cassidy, a British Psychologist.

This study was presented at the annual conference on social issues held in the UK on April 14th.
