What's interesting at the highest peak of Moon Titan?

Scientists on NASA's Cassini spacecraft have just taken a flight to the highest peak of Titan on Saturn.

Accordingly, the highest peak of the Titan Moon on Saturn is about 3,337m high, on a mountain called Mithrim Montes . This finding has just been published in the 47th Annual Lunar and Planetary Science Conference in Woodlands, Texas, USA.

"It is not necessarily the highest peak of Titan Moon on Saturn, but perhaps the highest peak we have discovered at this time," said Stephen Wall, Cassini's deputy radar chief at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Pasadena, California said in a statement.

Another second highest mountain peak is also found on Titan Moon about 3,050m high, close to the equator of Titan Titan.

"There are many mysteries of unresolved terrain characteristics, strongly related to the period of the impact of cosmic forces on Saturn's moon surface on Saturn" . Lead researcher Jani Radebaugh, of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, said in a similar statement.

Many experts say that on Titan Moon there is a lot of Hydro Carbon, lacking liquid water, the ocean exists beneath the surface of Titan's moon.

The peaks of this mountain contain many glaciers, the structure of the foot of the mountain base is not stable and stable like the rock mountains on Earth. So, this is why the Titan Saturn's peaks are not as high as Everest (29,029 feet, or 8,848m) as well as some other peaks on Earth.
