10 outstanding science and technology events 2014

5. Successful study of Rotavin-M1 Vaccine (Applied research field)

6. Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Genetics receives the 'Outstanding Achievement' Award (Applied research field)

Vietnam won three of the 23 awards, including an award for 'Outstanding Achievement' for the Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Genetics.

7. Application of stem cell technology in cancer treatment at Hue Central Hospital (Applied research field)

Hue Central Hospital's group of doctors and nurses successfully implemented the first independent State Project 'Research on the use of hematopoietic stem cells in the treatment of breast cancer and ovarian cancer'.

8. Vietnam and US Cooperation Agreement on the peaceful use of nuclear energy (International cooperation)
