Today, along with the rapid development of modern science and technology revolution, intellectuals become an especially important resource, creating the strength of each nation in the development strategy. 2. High-tech Law passed by the National Assembly

On November 13, with a majority of deputies approving, the National Assembly approved a High-Tech Law project, with specific provisions on high-tech application, research and development, measures to promote applications. using high technology; developing high technology in economic and technical sectors . 3. Create mouse sperm from stem cells

For the first time, scientists from the Stem Cell Research and Application Laboratory (University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City National University) have created mouse sperm from stem cells. This is also a new step for Vietnamese scientists in using stem cells to serve human health.

4. Breeding sperm into sperm, new opportunities for infertile people

The technique of raising sperms into sperms for transplanting into eggs is done at the Embryo Technology Center, Military Medical Academy. In early June 2008, Associate Professor Nguyen Thi Tram, Institute of Agricultural Biology, University of Agriculture 1 transferred the hybrid rice variety TH3-3 for 10 billion VND to an enterprise in Nam Truc, Nam Dinh. 6. Vietnam successfully designed the first 8-bit microprocessor chip

In the morning of January 16, 2008, in Ho Chi Minh City, the first 8-bit microprocessor in Vietnam, named Sigma K3, was announced, marking an important step for the young Vietnamese microchip technology. This is the first microprocessor chip designed in Vietnam. Head of the research group is Master Ngo Duc Hoang, from Microchip Design Research and Training Center (ICDREC) - Ho Chi Minh City National University. 7. VinaRen network connects with 30 million researchers worldwide
