Awarding the award of Science and Technology Innovation

39 works will be honored in the closing ceremony and award of Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award this year.

Vietnam Technical Innovation Support Fund (Vifotec), which organized the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Contest, said the award ceremony took place on April 19.

105 scientific works participating in the competition this year focus on the areas of mechanical automation, energy saving and the use of new energy, information, electronics and telecommunications, environmental protection and history. rational use of natural resources and biology in service of production and life, material technology.

Also in this event, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will award four outstanding projects.

Research on materials and technology for manufacturing prefabricated thin-walled reinforced concrete for the water supply and drainage system of Vietnam by Hoang Duc Thao was awarded excellent works. Hoang Duc Thao works at Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Drainage and Development Company Limited.

The Best Female Author Award belongs to Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Giang of Hanoi Institute of Engineering and Technology. The work of Dr. Giang is called "Perfecting the technology of manufacturing high-speed grinding stones for mechanical plants in Vietnam to replace foreign imports".

Le Thi Ngoc Tu of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology received the Outstanding Student Award.

The outstanding enterprise title in applying intellectual property system to production and business belongs to Traphaco.
