Accordingly, the excavation time is 60 days on an area of ​​600 m2 at the position of the wrecked ship, the implementation cost is more than 40 billion VND. Quang Ngai Province appointed Doan Anh Duong Co., Ltd to excavate and assign strict protection to avoid loss of antiques.

"There are about 40,000 artifacts inside the shipwreck in the waters of Binh Chau. After salvage, the auction can collect more than 54 billion. The wreck of the ship and the unique artifacts will be retained for display. serving visitors and researchers , Dr. Vu added.

According to experts assessing antiquities, this shipwreck dates back to the end of the Nguyen Dynasty (China) in the 14th century. Antiquities are mainly household ceramics such as bowls, pots, cups, plates, censer, box . belongs to brown glaze and apple green celadon, olives. Status of yeast is still good, not affecting the sea environment. The unique feature of these antiques is the type of plates with pots decorated with flowers in the heart, chrysanthemums, orchids, lotus, two wrestlers . embossing is very sophisticated.
